This announcement marks a major strategic milestone in the group’s development — and comes with a significant acquisition! APACA acquires Azur Boats Méditerranée, historic Dufour Yachts dealer To strengthen its presence along the Var coastline, APACA is integrating Azur Boats Méditerranée, a long‑standing partner and renowned expert in Dufour sailboats. This strategic move opens new opportunities: stronger local roots, enhanced technical expertise, and an ideal location at the heart of a prestigious, dynamic port. With this acquisition, the group expands its catchment area — already active in Hyères, Bandol, Cogolin and Ajaccio — now extending even closer to Saint‑Tropez and its legendary bay.

Starting summer 2025: a full fleet of catamarans dedicated to the Gulf of Saint‑Tropez To celebrate the opening of this new base, APACA will deploy around ten catamarans as early as summer 2025, allowing charter guests to enjoy:

direct access to the most beautiful anchorages in the Gulf, a sheltered, varied and easily accessible sailing area, stopovers full of character: Port Grimaud, Sainte‑Maxime, Pampelonne, Cap Taillat…

With this expanded fleet, APACA becomes the only operator in the region offering such a wide selection of Bali catamarans available for immediate departure within the Gulf.

A prime location for a premium sailing experience This new departure base will offer:

exceptional proximity to the most stunning anchorages of the French Riviera, easy access to the Hyères Islands and offshore routes, modern port facilities perfectly suited to large leisure yachts, the full support of the APACA teams: welcome services, training, provisioning, technical assistance.
